Luxury living at its best at a fair price. Friendly office staff and wonderful amenities. Online pictures dont do it justice; you have to see it with your eyes to really get a grasp of how nice the units and property is.

Just a wonderful experience that offers All that you could ask for in apartment living. that staff is very professional and friendly. They are always willing to help. The grounds are well kept, clean and beautiful. Everyone is friendly and respectful of others. It is also very secure and safe!

I will tell them that its a great community. The pool bands are a bit much though.

I would rate my experience at the Halstead a 8.5 The facility is great. The property and landscaping looks amazing. I love the look of the apartments. I love the gym. I love the pool. And I always have good experiences with all the staff there. I would like to specifically recognize the maintanance technician who came to my apartment several times to work on certain various for me. He is always professional and helpfuil. I can't remember his name but I live in unit 441 if that helps. I also appreciate the management's effort boost the security of the apartment after a few cars and unit got broken into. The only reason why I did not rate the apartment a "10," because I don't like the new pool policy. Not being able to hold pool parties or bring a few of your friends to the pool completely defeats the purpose of having a grill at the pool and the clubhouse. I understand there are people who lives around the pool that complains about the noise, but I feel like it is their own fault for CHOOSING to live there. I feel like anyone who CHOOSE to live next to the pool should be prepared for noise from the pool because it is a place of public gathering. If they want to live in a enviorment that is more serene and quite, they should've never CHOOSE to live next to the pool. I don't feel fair for everyone to loose a source of pleasure because of a few bad apples who did not plan ahead.

Beautiful property that is upkept very well by staff. Spacious apartment homes, modern living with homey feel. We love livng at the Halstead and would definately refer people.

Apartments are new, nicely constructed and attractive. The buildings and landscaping are kept up very well by the management. I've lived in apartments for years in Houston, and never been in such a nice one-- appliances and plumbing , cleaniness of the air duct system, all are superb. Most other places have mold problems, and fail to respond to requests for maintenance issues, but the Halstead is great. The recreational facilities and pool, work-out equipment just add to the pleasure. Best of all, the staff ( on all levels) are all so friendly and responsive and helpful, it truly feels like a community here, or more like a family. For the first time in years, I'm really proud to have a few friends over and show them our home.

I would suggest living there and assure them they would love the community.

I have the best looking apt. in houston great people whom live here, very on top of things staff, club house to die for and plus im 10 min away from work and 2 min away from entertainment so i have the hop spot of houston POW!
